The webinar is a part of a series of meetings for Ukrainian publishers on changes that Ukrainian publishing sector might want to undertake as it falls in line with EU practices. 

The guest speaker of the event was Paweł Filar, founder of the largest distribution company on the Polish market PLATON. Platon cooperates with around 500 publishers, 150 online bookstores, 200 individual bookstores, as well as supermarkets and discount stores. It ships over 50 million books annually. Platon supports activities and organizations promoting reading - the Night of Libraries campaign, the Universal Reading Foundation, and the Scientific Program for the Development of Reading.
